Farm Safety Partnership
On 1st May 2012 Health and Safety Minister, Arlene Foster and Agriculture Minister Michelle O’Neill launched the new Farm Safety Partnership. The Partnership comprises the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI), the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD), the Ulster Farmers’ Union (UFU), NFU Mutual (NFUM), the Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster (YFCU) and the Northern Ireland Agricultural Producers Association (NIAPA). It is chaired by George Lucas, Chairman of the HSENI.
The aim of the partnership is to increase awareness of farm safety and to reduce work related fatalities and injuries on farms. The Farm Safety Partnership is advising farmers to Stop and Think SAFE before starting any farm job.
Federation of Women's Institutes of Northern Ireland
The WI exists to enable women to play an effective role in the community, to expand their horizons and to develop and pass on important skills. Their Website has been developed with the aim of providing information to their members and to give an insight into the organisation, their part in Northern Ireland society and their activities.

The Rural Support website aims to provide an information gateway for farmers, their families, community groups, service providers and others seeking information on rural health issues.
